I’ve personally used Mystic Seoul, and I was genuinely impressed with the performance.
It’s categorized as a spray wax, but the hydrophobic properties and water beading are far beyond what you'd typically expect from this type of product.
The initial water repellency is extremely strong, and in my experience, it held up easily for 5 to 6 weeks, even with the vehicle parked outdoors full-time.
With proper maintenance, I believe its performance could last well beyond 8 weeks.
Application is also remarkably easy. It leaves minimal residue and wipes off cleanly, which makes the user experience smooth and beginner-friendly.
However, there are a few things to watch out for—especially when working on black vehicles.
I did notice some streaking or wax haze in certain cases. But in nearly every instance, it came down to one of three causes:
- direct sunlight or in high humidity,
- low-quality or thin microfiber towel, or
- too much product at once.
The best result came when I used a high-GSM microfiber towel and avoided buffing in a circular motion.
Instead, I recommend gentle, straight-line buffing, almost like sweeping the surface.
As always with waxes, thin and even application is key.
Adjust the trigger to mist lightly and work in manageable sections.
Spray wax on towel and buff will help as well.
You’ll get that sharp gloss and excellent protection without the risk of streaking.
Overall, Mystic Seoul has delivered spray-wax-level convenience with long-lasting, pro-grade results—and for that reason, it’s become one of my go-to choices for regular exterior care.
