By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Products (Online Store)
- All product descriptions and prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise
- We aim to display products accurately; however, colours or packaging may vary
- Availability is subject to stock levels
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or external factors
- Glow My Car is not responsible for delays outside our control
4. Returns & Refunds (Products)
- Returns are accepted in accordance with New Zealand consumer law
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition unless faulty
- Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted
- Faulty or damaged products must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
5. Mobile Detailing Services
- All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition
- Prices listed are starting prices unless stated otherwise
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, mould, or contamination
- Estimated service duration may vary
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Services)
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- Weather-related changes will be handled reasonably
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide:
- Safe and legal work space
- Access to electricity and water (as discussed during booking)
- Removal of personal valuables from the vehicle
Glow My Car is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
8. Liability & Results
- Results may vary based on vehicle condition and prior damage
- We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or wear
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded
9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, and images are the property of Glow My Car
and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website, store, or services indicates acceptance of any updates.
