This Shipping Policy applies to online purchases of detailing products from Glow My Car.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
2. Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only
- International shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia is not available at this time
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and courier service
- Rural deliveries may take longer
- For orders shipped to Australia, additional duties, taxes, or GST may be applied by Australian Customs
Glow My Car is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or GST charged once the order arrives in Australia
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by Australian border and customs authorities
We recommend checking with Australian Customs or your local authority for more information before placing an order
4. Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched
- Please allow time for tracking updates to appear
5. Delays & Courier Issues
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Glow My Car is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Provide your order number and photos if applicable
- We will assist with lodging a courier claim where required
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer
